4.2 We’ll take due care to package your Cuddle Cake with care, and endeavour to shield it from knocks during its journey. However Cuddle Cakes is not liable for any mishandling or damage caused to your product by third party couriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged.

5.2 If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
